Tim Clarke

Tim Clarke is currently a staff specialist for professional development at Cattaraugus-Allegany BOCES in Olean, New York.  Tim started his career as an Itinerant teacher of deaf, worked for a period as a professional developer for special education, and has been an adjunct professor at St. Bonaventure University for the last six years.  In his current role as a staff specialist, Tim works with teachers and school districts to provide professional development in the areas of instructional technology integration, data analysis, and Schools Attuned.  As a teacher, Tim was a mentor and trainer for the New York State Educational Interpreter Certification grant.

Tim is currently working on a Certificate of Advanced Study in educational administration at SUNY Brockport.  He earned his Master of Arts in Deaf Education with an emphasis in Curriculum from Gallaudet University in Washington, DC.  His Bachelor of Science degree in Deaf Education with a minor in English came from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
