Immobile Computing Comes to PS 129

Even though promoters of mobile wireless computing promise all kinds of wonders, many of the vendors have created huge, heavy laptop carts that were designed to lock up the laptops and prevent theft. They are so heavy that many schools find teachers refusing to move them. To do their real job, laptop carts should be made of plastic, be easy to push and truly mobile. At night they can be locked in a secure closet.
