*Note: In some very large districts a central office team may design a network for one school and then repeat it over and over again for all the other schools in the district without asking teachers, librarians and principals how they plan to use the equipment or where it would do the most good. One IT (Information Technology) administrator advocated this "cookie cutter" approach at a national conference.
