Making Good Change Happen

Not all change is good for us. Sometimes schools suffer from "virtual change" that threatens to disrupt the quality of learning and care provided to the students.

This article, first published in eSchool News, suggests an approach to change that is designed to bring about progress and well being rather than struggle and distress.

Our stories can help shape who we are and where we are going. In all too many cases, there is no shared story to inspire a school to make good use of new technologies.

Story telling and writing should be a basic tool of any group trying to build good new futures.
