Appendix E - The Innovation and Environmental Scanning Index

This survey was designed to help you measure the commitment of your organization to managing the future. It is an organizational assessment tool that might be helpful in guiding you towards changes and plans to prepare your group for a turbulent and often surprising environment. The goal is to create reflective thinking about ways to intensify organizational commitment to innovation, adaptability and growth.

State to what extent each of the following statements tend to be descriptive of your organization.
